Which makes up most of the mind according to majority of Neurologist it is 90%- 95%&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;\n&lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&gt;\"  class=\"glossaryLink \">subconscious<\/a> brain is stuck in the past <a href=\"https:\/\/gaiamorrissette.com\/healing\/glossary\/traumatic-experience\/\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&gt;\n&lt;p&gt;Any event or experience that you felt unsafe, and created emotional distress in the moment and you might still have. This can be physical, sexual, mental, emotional and spiritual.&lt;\/p&gt;\n&lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&gt;\"  class=\"glossaryLink \">traumatic experience<\/a>\/moment is time. Replaying it over and over and over. That aspect of the subconscious is reliving the past trauma and feels like it is happening in the present even know it happened in the past.
