Come explore with this full day hands-on practical course in Waterloo, ON that will give you all the a taste of foundational basics and tools to start to explore BDSM safely and in a healthy manner.

This full day experience will give you a taste of foundational BDSM basics :

• What is BDSM and the terms
• Power exchange
• Anatomy 101
• Psychology of Domination
• Psychology of Submission
• Safety 101
• Impact play
• Bondage
• What are you? Dom/Sub/Switch
• Communication and  Negotiation of scene and relationships

Half the day will be learning the theory in an entertaining way and the second half of the day will be practicing and trying out on a real people what you learnt. The practice time can be done on your partner  or can be on one of Empress demo submissives.

Everyone will have the chance to be a Dominated and Submissive. You will only be asked to do it if you feel safe and comfortable. It is important to know that there will be live demos of bondage, impact play and CBT and participants with have a chance to try it out.

If you have had past physical or sexual trauma please contact Gaia first before you register to make sure you are ready for this course. Also to make sure you have all the needed emotional support and tools so you will be successful in the program.
